NEW ALUMINIUM¨ ROOF RACKS
The new range of Black Widow aluminium roof racks have been designed and tested to fit to your vehicle using Rhino fitting hardware...and the 2200mm long model only weighs 26kg! All racks are fully crash tested to meet all AS1235 2000 requirements when fitted with the approved fitting kit.
The Black Widow Aluminium Roof Rack is available in two lengths, 2200mm long and 1800mm long. Both are 1350 mm wide. A full range of accessories is available including a hi-lift jack holder, shovel holder, aluminium twin jerry can holder, heavy-duty foldable ladder and 3-way tyre-restraint straps.
The range of aluminium roof racks has a fully-welded mesh floor and support rails. It is reported that the vigorous field testing in harsh off-road conditions over a 12 month period has yielded great results – no stress fracturing.
Black Widow explains it only uses 100% homogenised aluminium (the highest grade aluminium with no inconsistencies) in its aluminium roof rack range. This is to ensure even and consistent penetration with the weld. The rack is double baked when powder coated to ensure 
maximum bonding and strength.
JERRY CANS FOR THE NEW ROOF RACK
The heavy-duty stainless-steel and galvanised Jerry Cans from Black Widow compliment the roof rack Twin Jerry Can Holders.
All the Jerry Cans come with a quality internal stored flexible pourer. Simply unscrew the cap, pull the pourer out of the can, invert it and screw it into the mouth of the can, and it’s ready to go. Being galvanised with a stainless-steel construction, the inherent rusting you often get with steel jerry cans is minimised. The easy-to-use cap is strong and simple to use.
The CY-10L and CY-20L (Yellow) are designed for, but not limited to, diesel fuel and the CR-10 and CR-20 (Red) are designed for, but not limited to, unleaded fuel. The stainless steel CS-10 and CS-20 are suitable for any fluids and makes a great water container free from metal tainting.
All cans are 0.8mm in thickness and weigh approx 3.75kg each for the 20L can and 2.7kg for the 10L can. The 20L cans are approximately 
350mm D x 180mm W x 470mm H. The 10L cans are approximately 
350mm D x 180mm W x 290mm H. All cans are certified to Australian Standard 2906:2001 and meet UN Approval and TUV Standards.
