The Black Widow aluminium roof racks have been designed and tested to fit to your vehicle using Rhino fitting hardware.
The Racks are fully crash tested to meet all AS1235 2000 requirements when fitted with the approved fitting kit. The Roof Rack is available in two lengths, 2200mm long x 1350mm wide and 1800mm long x 1350mm wide (also 1265mm wide for Prado and Disco). These racks have a fully-welded mesh floor and support rails.
The new aluminium roof racks have been vigorously field tested with great results in harsh off-road conditions over a 12 month period, and there has been no stress fracturing resulting. The Black Widow aluminium roof rack weighs just 26kg (2200 model). The double baked metallic gun metal grey powder coating is tough and durable and looks fantastic.

The material used to makes these racks is 100% homogenised aluminium, which is the highest-grade aluminium available and has no inconsistencies. This is very important when welding to ensure even and consistent penetration with the weld. The rack is double baked when powder coated to ensure maximum bonding and strength. ROOF TOP TENT MODELS Also now available from Black Widow are aluminium roof top tent roof racks. They have been specially designed with forward raised front and open back, and comfortably accommodate all roof top tent models including Hannibal, ARB etc. Sizes available are: 2200mm long x 1350mm wide and 1800mm long x 1350mm wide. The back sections (open end) for tents on both models are 1300mm long x 1350mm wide. OPEN ENDED ALUMINIUM TRADE RACKS Open-ended aluminium trade racks are now available. These are ideal for tradesmen and long-object cartage. They are lightweight, strong and durable. Sizes available are 2200mm long x 1350mm wide and 1800mm long x 1350mm wide.
