NEW COLOUR FOR REIDY’S LURE RANGE– TROPIC THUNDER
Colin Burdon of Reidy’s lures has recently introduced an exciting new addition to his already extensive colour range in this lure line up. The Tropic Thunder colour is best described as having a bright chrome base with fluorescent orange belly and UV reactant, and fluorescent yellow tiger stripes along each side. To top things off, it also has a green back and a metallic gold head and gill plate.
The colour was inspired by the Wasabi-coloured Hell Raiser lure which featured the fluorescent yellow tiger-stripe over a silver body, combined with the popularity of the Kryptonite colour (green back over chrome body).
Essentially, Tropic Thunder incorporates these key elements of colour into one hybrid pattern. “So now anglers have the advantage of two great fishcatching colours in the one lure,” Colin explained. “It has taken several years for this new colour scheme to come to fruition but we are really pleased with the result and we think that it will become very popular with barra fishermen,” he said.
